Just found out how late my Tuesday classes go, I'll be finished at 9:30. Since you guys will be starting long before then, I should probably back out. Which is a shame, as seeing Ilya's transgender dwarfwitch would be a riot.

I am pretty sure that in pathfinder maximum skill ranks = your level. And there are quite a lot of misc bonuses there for some reason.
I would drop int to maybe 8, rogues already get plenty skill points. Get dex to 18 with racial +2. Get con to at least 12, he is a melee class after all. Maybe lower Cha, with 15 point buy 16 there is overdoing it.
Must have skills: Acrobatics, Disable Device, Perception, Stealth.
Good choices: Bluff, Climb, Diplomacy, Disguise, Intimidate, Knowledge (local), Sleight of Hand.

EDIT: Also it's good to have a back up weapon, a range weapon and upgrade to studded leather.

Training bonuses? The +3 you get if you have at least 1 rank in class skill? The sheet should account for that as long as you have check marks in right places.
Also rake rogue looses trapfinding.
