Minutes: July 27th General Meeting

2:43 PM, Meeting Begins

Summer Festival:
  Great Success: $700 net profit
  We should have more artist tables next time
  Establish coat check for next time
  Use profit on club activities
  One light stand piece is still missing

Changes:
  Assign director budgets of approx $100
  Shuffle directors, remove redundant ones, add new posts
    New Director: Anime/Manga, to manage art events and outings.
  Update our display for Clubs Days
  Executives and Directors to have responsibilites charted for public viewing
  E-mails to board members will be redirected from [position]@sfuarc.ca
  Budget will have earmarks for semi-regular events (ex: free printing for Tarek's writing workshops)


Fall Icebreaker:
  Icebreaker sheets will be returning
  Cards Against Humanity as an icebreaker game
  Customary Raffle Draw
  Free Pizza
  Rock Band

End of Semester Party:
  Sometime around August 20th
  Food to be provided (perhaps $5 per half-pizza)

Booth at Anime Revolution
  If you want to help out at the ARC booth at AR, send Mike a message over Facebook

Events for Next Semester:
  Collaborate withou outside cosplay groups to organize photoshoots
  Drawing workshops and contests, including a budget for small prizes
