Now more then ever I believe we need eyes in our neighbors territory as such I withdraw the The Foreign Affairs Bill and enter The Foreign Intelligence Bill:

I. The department of foreign intelligence shall be granted full autonomy in the pursuit of gaining information on foreign lands and agents.

II. The department of foreign intelligence shall be granted 10 gold per year from the crown to cover expenses

III. The department of foreign intelligence shall be granted 200 men to use as agents and administrators. These men shall be paid out of the departments budget.

IV. Units of the kings royal guard shall be attached to the Foreign Intelligence Ministry for the purpose of capturing foreign spies in Westeria

I ask for expediency in this matter as we must know at once if the Easterian's are involved in the rotting of our cheese.

Hmm, this revision is a step in the right direction. More details about our situation is needed, as a CRISIS of most sacrilegious matter is at hand. With the agents working with the guardsman, the information can go two ways, which would benefit both the cities' defense against the parasites that destroyed our gift from the goat gods as well as attack them at every and all angles.
