The main problem is that you have to be at least a little familiar with tabletop RPGs to be a GM. Its not that easy to just sit down and start running games, most people play in a few games before trying to run them.

Well, at the very least we can tell people what they need to be a GM, what to pay attention to while they are a player.

Can we make a FaceBook event?
