Spring Anime Screenings 2012

Hello you bastards, all of your bastards completely wonderful people.

This is your screenings director with your list of anime screenings.

For regulars with have the 11 episode long series Fractale which got very good reception as a special screening.

We also have the 26 long comedy anime called Nichijou which got a good reception when I showed it at the sleep-over. It's an anime about the 'ordinary' lives of the main characters of the show.

And for the first few special screenings we will have the following shows of three episodes each.

Kurau Phantom Memory - An anime by BONES, same company that did Eureka Seven, that is quite good.

Real Drive - ....I'm not sure how to explain this one actually. It's about sea-diving, and it's by production I.G

I tried to find a trailer, or even a clip I swear.
Kemono no Souja Erin(Beat Player Erin)-This one is essentially a slice of life anime centering around a young girl and her mother who is in charge of taking care of giant lizard things. It's based off a book by the same author of Moribito:Guardian of the Spirit fame.

holy sweet jesus there's no trailers for either of those shows in existence. I tried finding trailers for these two shows, I swear.

Just a word of warning: the reviews have not been kind to Fractale. Some may come away disappointed by the end of the semester.

To be honest, I was kinda let down by the ending, but it's hard to make a good 11 episode anime. It's still very good except for maybe one episode. You guys will understand why when you see it.
