"A crazy cult plans to destroy the world -- not just a school or the boring grown-up shops at the mall, but the WHOLE WORLD -- and it’s up to you to stop them.

Now you and your friends, and your horrible friendly monsters, are taking on the Cult of the Ur-Monster from one end of the United States to the other. You'll explore creepy amusement parks, dusty tourist traps, and quaint roadside farms in the throes of violent revolution. Also, the land of Oz. "

This game is called Monsters and other Childish things (MOCT). In this game each player is a kid who's best friend is a monster, think Calvin and Hobbs if Hobbs was a cthulhoid horror from beyond time and space.

I will be running a short (2-3 session) game of this starting September 6th and running until the first general meeting/ ice breaker. I'll be using pre-made kids and monsters so there's no need to mess around with  character creation everyone can just show up and play.

If your interested post in the thread bellow. I have six spots open and its first come first serve.

I'd prefer sticking with the pre-mades just because monsters are a pain to make properly. If you make your own monster and bring them both you can use them

Oh hell yes, I know what you mean by that, especially when they give so much liberty with the powers. I'll be interested, if only so that I can play a Monsters game at least once!
