We're going to have our usual sleepover party after exams next month.

The date hasn't been set in stone yet, but it'll probably be on August 20th at the earliest because that's the last day of exams and it's on a Saturday.  If anybody has a problem with this date, let me know. There's still a chance that it'll be moved to a later date in August, but I'd like to keep it as close to the end of exams as possible.

If anybody has anything fun to bring for the sleepover party or wants to do anything in particular during the party then shout it out!

I'm bringing Sonic CD, and we're playing the whole thing. We're saving the Little Planet whether you like it or not.

Someone should totally bring like old Honger movies to watch, ones with subs mind you, so people can watch it.

I don't have any that is subbed, but they are goofy as hell.

Later is better. If you could manage something as late as the 28th or 29th, I could make it. If not, I won't.

That would be the same time as PAX. We could always do the sleepover closer to when classes start, as well. Not sure if more people would be available then, though...

I'll take this into consideration, thanks for telling me

Oh btw

That would be the same time as PAX. We could always do the sleepover closer to when classes start, as well. Not sure if more people would be available then, though...

Is anybody here actually going to PAX? I wouldn't mind having the sleepover party closer to the beginning of next semester if nobody has a problem with that. Classes start on September 6 so we could either have it on the weekend of August 27-28 or September 3-4, although the latter might be cutting it too close for some people.

Informal poll: What's best for everyone (and please do pick one without being indecisive) -
  • August 20-21 (right after exams)
  • August 27-28 (conflicts with PAX, if you're going to that)
  • September 3-4 (right before fall semester)

I can do either of the latter, but the 3rd/4th will be best, as my flight comes back the morning of the 27th IIRC.

Would September 3/4 be acceptable or are people going on vacation then?

I know it's out of the question to have a date that works for *everyone* but I want as many people to be free as possible

I'm also going to PAX. And Claire. And Karl.

Does it have to be on a weekend? We could always do it sometime between the 29th of August and 3rd of September.

Not necessarily, I only wanted it on a weekend mainly because of people who are working - I thought they'd normally be more busy during weekdays
