Hey everybody, so I just got terraria, and it is gloriously awesome. And, contrary to what you probably believe, it is NOT 2D minecraft. They are very different games. Trust me on this. Yes you mine, yes you craft, and yes the world can be huge. But it's a game for the less creative among us (though, that doesn't stop Paul from building his house like it were artwork) and focuses more on the RPG element of upgrading your character.

At the end of the day, it's more polished than MC and has some really awesome features. Like, the fact that you can transfer an active character with his whole inventory across servers. Yeah. Awesome.

It's 10 bucks and worth every penny. For those who wish to join the ARC server, go onto hamachi and join my IP.

As for the password, here's a clue.

The white wolf they call him
Most feared and thought dead
Cat eyes that pierce dim
Corridors that none tread

And remember folks, is a name, meaning its a Noun. Remember, Nouns have a special property.

See you on the server!

In the little town of Homefront came a stranger one fine day
Didn't talk to those around him, and he hates the month of may
He was cold and dark and livid, and he wanted to be sure
That he robbed the people plainly with the pistol that he wore

Then the RCMP ranger who was stationed there arose
He got up on his psychic horse and then the stranger froze
The horse it neighed and galloped and the stranger hit the floor
for the ranger's horse was deadly and had beaten him before

Beaten hi

I think the best way to solve this problem (since we can't kick people off Hamachi servers apparently) is to make a new one just for Terraria.

Yeah, I'm kinda curious which Hamachi network you're referring to. Also, if you intend to be playing this a lot, you may contemplate getting a server - I don't imagine they'd be that expensive. I'm mostly saying this because my free time probably doesn't coincide with yours, though I'd love to try the game out. Leaving your laptop running constantly just isn't really a smart choice either.

Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down.
Tells you she's hurting before she keels.
Makes her a home.

If I had a tower that I left on all the time, I'd offer to open a port and run the dedicated server. unfortunately I only have myriad laptops

well, I have a tower which can host it but would be failiure tastic in running it. While I have a laptop which would be awesome to run it, but isn't exactly the best choice for a hamachi host.

What to do.

Wait for Aetherpunk to sell, for me to get a new desktop and get me to host it then?

That was a terrible pun and you should feel terrible.

....but yes, I'll try to be on a bit more now that I'm slightly less busy.

It was actually just a beautiful coincidence.
