I AM GOING TO WRITE THIS IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE ONLY ALLCAPS CAN CAPTURE THE INTENSITY OF ARC WORKOUT SESSIONS. WE ARE GOING TO PUMP IT TO THE XTREME UNTIL WE ARE ALL TANKS IRL. WE WILL KICK MOTHER NATURE IN THE FACE WITH OUR ENERGY LEGS. WE WILL SHIT ULTIMATE WARRIOR. WE WILL GET RIPPED, SHREDDED, SLICED AND TORN (THOSE ARE ALL GOOD THINGS).

FOR THOSE OF YOU INTERESTED OUR WORKOUT SESSIONS ARE ON MONDAY (12:45 PM) AND THURSDAY (4:30 PM). DID I SAY "THURSDAY"? I MEANT "THOR'S DAY!" (CAUSE THOR IS RIPPED)

BEFORE GOING TO THE GYM WE MEET IN THE ROTUNDA TO GET PSYCHED AND PLAY MAGIC CARDS AND STUFF. SOME OF US GO AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND ON DIFFERENT DAYS, SO FEEL FREE TO USE THIS THREAD TO HOOK UP WITH TRAINING BUDDIES TO SPOT FOR YOU AND HELP YOU MEASURE YOU MUSCLES.

FEEL FREE TO POST ANY PUMPING, CARDIO, OR GENERAL MANLINESS (OR GETTING-IN-SHAPE-FEMALENESS) RELATED STUFF IN THIS THREAD.

EVERYONE GO TO THE GYM - IT'LL BE LIKE A TRAINING MONTAGE EXCEPT IT LASTS LONGER SO YOU CAN PLAY MORE SONGS.

Oh yeah I should point out  that we're not getting together this monday because it's a holiday. But you should all do some push ups or something anyways.

Yeah that's a bit of an issue. By the time me and Jeremy are done I usually get to the weeklies room just on time to catch the beginning of the show. The gym happens to be right next to the screening room so it's fairly convenient. But if you take awhile to get changed then timing might be tight. Monday seems to be our main day, but I encourage people to get together with partners whose schedules match their own and to go in whenever they can. Even if you go to the gym lone wolf, post anyways to keep everyone else encouraged.

I go by myself on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30, but if anyone would like to join me that'd be cool.

Oh well, I need to exercise more anyways.

I'm cool with Mr. Chouginga's schedule here. I'm the one with the black Stormtech jacket and the lame haircut.
